1. The Quran Is the Word of Allah (SWT)
The Quran is not written by man; it is the literal word of Allah (SWT) revealed through Angel Jibreel (Gabriel) to Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ). Allah states in the Quran:
📖 “Indeed, We have sent down the Quran, and indeed, We will be its guardian.” (Surah Al-Hijr 15:9)
This divine promise ensures that the Quran remains unchanged and preserved forever, unlike previous scriptures that were altered over time.
2. The Quran Is a Guide for Humanity
The Quran serves as a guidance (Hidayah) for all people, leading them towards righteousness, justice, and peace. Allah says:
📖 “This is the Book about which there is no doubt, a guidance for those conscious of Allah.” (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:2)
It provides moral, spiritual, and social guidance, covering topics like worship, law, ethics, relationships, and governance.
3. The Quran Teaches Tawheed (Oneness of Allah)
The most fundamental teaching of the Quran is the concept of Tawheed (monotheism)—that there is only one God, Allah (SWT), and He alone is worthy of worship.
📖 “Say, He is Allah, the One. Allah, the Eternal Refuge. He neither begets nor is born, nor is there to Him any equivalent.” (Surah Al-Ikhlas 112:1-4)
This belief forms the core foundation of Islam and differentiates it from all other faiths.
4. The Quran Is a Source of Healing & Mercy
The Quran is a spiritual cure and mercy for believers. It provides peace of mind, heals the heart, and strengthens faith.
📖 “And We send down in the Quran that which is healing and mercy for the believers.” (Surah Al-Isra 17:82)
Muslims recite the Quran during illness, distress, or hardship, seeking its blessings and protection.
5. The Quran Teaches the Purpose of Life
One of the greatest questions in life is: Why are we here? The Quran provides the answer:
📖 “And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me.” (Surah Adh-Dhariyat 51:56)
It reminds us that life is a test, and our ultimate goal is to earn Allah’s pleasure and enter Jannah (Paradise).
6. The Quran Gives Laws for a Just Society
The Quran provides comprehensive laws on justice, family, business, inheritance, and governance to establish a fair and ethical society. It emphasizes:
✅ Justice & Equality – Treating all people fairly (Surah An-Nisa 4:135)
✅ Honesty & Integrity – Being truthful in business and dealings (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:282)
✅ Kindness & Compassion – Showing mercy to others (Surah Al-Ma’un 107:1-3)
7. The Quran Prescribes Acts of Worship
The Quran outlines the Five Pillars of Islam, guiding Muslims on how to worship Allah correctly:
- Salah (Prayer) – Regular prayer strengthens faith.
- Zakat (Charity) – Helping the poor purifies wealth.
- Sawm (Fasting in Ramadan) – Builds self-discipline and spirituality.
- Hajj (Pilgrimage to Mecca) – Unites the Muslim Ummah.
8. The Quran Is a Miracle
The Quran is an everlasting miracle in its linguistic perfection, scientific accuracy, and prophecies. Despite being revealed over 1400 years ago, it contains knowledge that modern science has only recently discovered, proving its divine origin.
📖 “And if you are in doubt about what We have sent down upon Our Servant, then produce a surah like it…” (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:23)
9. The Quran Brings Inner Peace & Happiness
In a world full of stress and anxiety, the Quran provides comfort and inner peace to those who turn to it.
📖 “Verily, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest.” (Surah Ar-Ra’d 13:28)
Reciting and reflecting upon the Quran daily brings calmness, wisdom, and spiritual strength.
10. The Quran Prepares Us for the Hereafter
The Quran constantly reminds us about the Day of Judgment, Paradise (Jannah), and Hellfire (Jahannam). It teaches that this world is temporary, and our actions determine our eternal fate.
📖 “And whoever does an atom’s weight of good will see it, and whoever does an atom’s weight of evil will see it.” (Surah Az-Zalzalah 99:7-8)
By following the Quran, believers strive for a righteous life that leads to Allah’s mercy and rewards in the Hereafter.
